Alashak Certificate
These are the common certificate for local people to have. It a freehold land tittle to them.
This certificate are register with Pejabat Tanah ( land office ). Certificate issue upon applying and converting the Adat or keyataan via the village head and then approval by Kecamatan ( District Area ) land office. The certificate include the owner particular and address, the actual land size and measurement. The land measurement done by district land office official. An approval certificate have a District stamp, a village head stamp. Owner signature and a few witnesses.Usually witnesses are from the village area in-charge ( RT ) and village district region.(RW). The certificate must have a duty stamp of 6,000 Rupiah. ( Please take note there are 3,000 and 6,000 duty stamp.)

Freehold Certificate ( Hak Milik )
Freehold tittle ( Hak Milik ) is the higher end of certificate after Alashak certificate. Usually this certificate for land, building or commercial land. It more secured and the value are greater.
